Spinach Bread with bran, nuts, carrot, apple and yogurt Quick apple cake

A very rich and tasty bread, I have taken every morning at breakfast and I liked it also holds many days tender. It tastes very sweet, and with butter and homemade jam and tell you that was very good is also a way to eat fiber (bran) and I have been pearls. The recipe is taken from a class of thermomix "thermomis care of your health."

Ingredients:


-75 g -40 g walnuts carrot apple

-200 g -125 g natural yogurt egg

Preparation :
